FOLLOW-UP FROM JUNE 2025 PARENT INFORMATION MEETING

Thank you to all who were able to join the Parent Information Meeting on June 5, 2025 regarding the Montreal 2026 Senior Concert Band Trip we have started planning on. This message follows up on that meeting.

Unfortunately ZOOM was not my friend, and it decided that recording it simply wasn't going to happen. However, you can access the slideshow that was used for the meeting here. Hopefully it answers most of your questions, but if not, you can email me whatever questions you have.

ACTION ITEMS

Please submit your non-refundable $100 deposit by June 20, 2025. This will ensure we get the best rates possible for our airfares and other fees.
Watch for more details on Fundraising organization. The original Google Classroom plan is not going to work, so I am investigating solutions.
