Hello all! This message includes information about our Cookie and Muffin Dough Fundraiser that ends January 31, 2025 and the After School Band Schedule for the next few weeks.
Due to Senior High Final Exams, our schedule for January looks quite different. Some of our after-school classes will be significantly reduced in schedule, so students are expected to complete work and practice at home. Please review the schedule below for more details. Following this schedule in February, rehearsals return to normal schedule.
Some Festival Dates Are Now KnownSome festival dates are now known, although they are still all in the planning stage, so additional details are not yet available. Nonetheless, you can go to the Events Page to find all our currently known details.
Online Tool to Help with At-Home Practice - TARDISI have now shown to all students the new online tool for practicing their pieces or their solos at home. Students can access the online "TARDIS" at https://music.ndcfinearts.ca?TARDIS. There they can find a professional recording of our pieces, and can play along with it at home. Additionally they can record themselves to see how they "mesh" with the professionals!
This will also be where students can upload their scale and solo assignments.
