Strings at Festival 2024

Hello all!

The confirmed date of activity is March 21, 2024.  The fee listed above covers the cost of bus transportation for our students to the festival venue along with the transportation of our equipment and of course the festival fees.

March 21, 2024

• Load Activity Bus near the end of Block 2, pack a bag lunch and bring (not wear) your uniforms
• Set up, warm up, tune up at 12:30 PM
• Performance at 1:00 PM
• Depart at 2:00 PM
• Return to Block 4 class

Calgary Philharmonic Concert

March 15, 2024 Schedule

• Meet at Notre Dame Collegiate at 6:00 PM
• Depart by 6:10 PM (we have enough carpooled rides)
• Arrive at the Jack Singer Concert Hall at 7:10 PM
• Get into our seats (D3-D12 in the mezzanine)
• Concert should end around 9:30 PM - 10:00 PM
• Return to NDC at 10:30 PM - 11:00 PM.  Please have a ride ready!

• March 26, 2024 - Yes, there will be a Strings Rehearsal
