These music excursions are what we have been preparing for since the middle of December.  Students will be performing their two selections to demonstrate their learning, receive workshops and adjudications, and have the opportunity to hear others as well in their musical development.  Science learning will also be reinforced while we are at the museum.

$125 fee covers bussing transportation, one night in the hotel, free breakfast, access to the Royal Tyrell Musuem, and festival fees.  Students will also need to pack enough cash for a supper on each March 13 and March 14 (or pack a bagged supper) and a lunch on March 14 in addition to their music materials and overnight supplies.

UNIFORMS ARE STILL BLACK PANTS, BLACK SOCKS, BLACK SHOES and a WHITE UNDERSHIRT.  The Band Jackets will be supplied.

Chaperones Needed

We can only do these trips with adequate adult supervision.  Mr. Windsor needs at least 1 male and 4 female chaperones for this trip.  We also need to begin on the process of Police Record Checks (completed for free) for those adults.  These chaperones will be able to participate for free.

If you can chaperone, please contact Mr. Windsor immediately so we can get the Police Record Check process underway as quickly as possible!

Thank you for supporting your students in these unique music educational experiences!

Cheers,
Joel Windsor
