If you have not yet submitted your fees, please make that submission immediately. Students for whom fees have not been submitted will not be permitted on the trip. If you need to make special arrangements, please contact Mrs. Bennett at the school at 403-652-2231. Please remember that our school will go out of our way to ensure a student can participate in a trip regardless of financial circumstances. Fees can be submitted using SchoolCashOnline.
Students participating on the trip will need to fill out this Activity and Room Selection Form to get the camp activities they are hoping for and the rooming assignments they'd prefer. Please fill out this form by the end of Thursday's school day; first-come-first-serve.
Upon completion of the above two items, final details will be sent out before this upcoming Friday to provide all final details regarding the band camp on March 8 and 9.
